We want you to feel super comfortable and make yourself at home. So we kindly ask that guests respect our home in just a few little ways so that we can make it a comfortable and enjoyable space for all future guests:

1. Photo ID required at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Failure to provide ID will result in auto-cancellation.

2. Pets: Service pets and outdoor dogs are welcome! For other pets, please enquire before booking. 

3. Parties & Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Visitors who are not included in the reservation require prior host approval. All guests and approved visitors must respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, including outside quiet hours. Outdoor areas must be used quietly after 10pm.

4. Food & Drinks: Please keep food and drinks out of the bedrooms (water is okay). There are various dining locations in our properties.

5. Laundry & Towels: Please avoid hanging wet items on furniture or doors; use the rails and clothes line provided.

6. BBQ & Kitchen: Please leave the BBQ and oven as clean as you found them. Cleaning supplies are provided (under BBQ and kitchen sink). Kitchen ware is to be cleaned before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if not left clean.

7. Pests: Our home is regularly treated for pests, though subtropical climates can invite the occasional visitor. Please notify us if you spot more than one live pest indoors so we can keep things under control.

8. Energy-Saving: Turn off air conditioning units when the house is unoccupied to help us keep rates low and support the environment.

9. Security: Always lock doors when leaving the property.

10. Repairs & Maintenance: Let us know if anything isn’t working properly (e.g. wifi, appliances), and we’ll address it promptly.

11. Rubbish: Please take your rubbish out to the council bins before departure. Bins are collected every Tuesday morning from the curbside.

12. Furniture Use: No standing, climbing, or jumping on furniture, especially outdoor pieces.

13. Visitors: Unapproved guests are not permitted. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to have visitors. Additional guests are charged $29 per person per day.

14. Damage: Guests are responsible for reimbursing any damages to the property.

15. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises, as it may activate smoke alarms. Smoking may be permitted outdoors whilst all external windows and doors are closed.

16. Bathroom Windows: Please ensure that windows are opened after showering to assist with moisture build-up. 

17. Fishing: This region is perfect for boating and fishing adventures! To keep the property fresh and enjoyable for everyone, please note that cleaning, scaling, gutting, is not permitted on the premises.
